3.2 We always use proper Capitalization, Spelling, and Grammar (with our customers and with each other)

This is a huge one for internet chats. The chat technology is such a casual communication medium that it's become acceptable to use poor grammar and skip Capitalization. Here we aim for a higher standard. We're dealing with top professionals and we want them to view us as peers, so we must communicate professionally.

This does not only apply to dealings with customers. Professionalism is not a trait that we turn on and off, it's an ingrained way of being. Thus, we'll strive to make all of our internal communications adhere to the same levels of professionalism that we use with customers.
