5. Use our Scenarios and Policies numbers when giving suggestions, and suggest new ones when appropriate

We've begun creating a database of common scenarios, including examples of strong and weak ways to reply when those scenarios arise. Rather than spelling out an error in long explanations, reference our scenarios. For instance, a piece of feedback could be:

"Please have a look at Scenario 3.4 and reply back to me with an improved response."

If there is not an existing scenario yet covering an area that calls for repeat feedback, then you can suggest such a scenario to be added.
